Logan passed another belt test last night! He is now purple belt/white stripe. He has really improved a lot since his last belt test. He really is enjoying Tae Kwon Do and it seems to have helped him handle himself better, both physically and emotionally. It's a great form of physical and mental discipline that he needed! The gentleman with Logan in the blue/black uniform is Master Rick. He's very good at Tae Kwon Do and at handling the students. Logan likes him and respects him which is a VERY HIGH compliment coming from Logan!!
There's not much other news going on today so I'll leave today's post short and sweet!
